Gift Cards need to be redeemed within 24 months of the purchase date, but bookings can be made as far ahead as there are dates available online, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose the perfect date to visit and enjoy their Distillery experience.

Our Gift Cards are issued as a monetary value rather than for a specific experience, giving the recipient the flexibility to choose how they spend it. Please note that experience prices may vary and are subject to change. Any remaining balance can be spent on-site at the Distillery in our Café, Mill Bar, or Gin Shop.

Yes! You can have the Gift Card sent straight to the recipient. At checkout, enter the recipient’s name and delivery address, and include a gift message so we can complete the Gift Card on your behalf. You’ll still need to provide your own name and billing address for payment, so be sure to enter these correctly.

If you’d rather have it sent to yourself, enter your own name and delivery address at checkout, and we’ll send the Gift Card directly to you, along with a blank envelope and insert for you to complete and give to the recipient in person.
