Ingredients:

• 50ml Bombay Citron Pressé
• 100ml Fever Tree Tonic Water
• Garnish Lemon Wedge

Method:

Step 1 – Fill a Balloon or Highball glass with good quality cubed ice

Step 2 – Mesure and pour in the Bombay Citron Pressé

Step 3 – Carefully add your tonic and fold/stir to combine

Step 4 – Garnish with a lemon wedge
