35ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Tuscan Juniper
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Ginger Sugar Syrup
10ml Raspberry Sugar Syrup
65ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale
1 Fresh Raspberry
1 Lemon Peel Twist

STEP 1

COMBINE

Add Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Tuscan Juniper, Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice, Ginger Sugar Syrup and Raspberry Sugar Syrup into a shaker.

STEP 2

SHAKE

Add good quality cubed ice to your shaker tin and shake all four ingredients together.

STEP 3

STRAIN

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale.

STEP 4

GARNISH

Add a Fresh Raspberry and Lemon Peel Twist.
