60ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Tuscan Juniper
10ml Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Peel Twist
2 Drop Of Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

STEP 1

MEASURE

Add Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Tuscan Juniper and Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth to a mixing glass.

STEP 2

STIR

Add good quality cubed ice to the mixing glass and stir until ice cold.

STEP 3

STRAIN

Strain into a frozen martini glass.

STEP 4

GARNISH

Express the oils of Lemon Peel Twist over the drink then discard. Add two drops of olive oil in the centre of the drink using a pipette.
