Ingredients:

• 50ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset
• 100ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale
• 1 Lime Wedge
• Garnish with a Ginger Root Slice

Method:

Step 1 - Fill a Balloon or Highball glass with good-quality cubed ice

Step 2 – Squeeze your lime wedge into the glass and discard 

Step 3 – Measure and pour the Bombay Sapphire Sunset

Step 4 – Add the ginger ale then fold/stir to combine

Step 5 – Add ginger root to garnish
