How to make 'The Laverstoke'

Step 1: Squeeze the lime wedges into a balloon glass, then add the ginger root slice, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Martini Bianco & Bombay Sapphire.

Step 2: Swirl well to mix, then fill the glass with ice & stir to chill

Step 3: Top with the ginger ale, then gently fold/stir again to combine

How to make a

Laverstoke Cocktail

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 15ml Martini Bianco
  • 100ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • 1 Ginger Root Slice
  • 1 Mint Sprig

STEP 1

MEASURE

Squeeze two lime wedges into a balloon glass then add St-Germain, Martini Bianco and Bombay Sapphire.

STEP 2

MIX

Swirl the glass to mix ingredients then fill with good quality cubed ice.

STEP 3

STIR

Carefully stir to chill the glass, then add the Ginger Ale and fold/stir to combine.

STEP 4

GARNISH

Garnish with Ginger Root slice and freshly awoken Mint Sprig.
