Ingredients:

• 50ml Bombay Sapphire
• 15ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 15ml Martini Bianco
• 100ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale
• 2 Lime Wedges
• 1 Ginger Root
• 1 Mint Spring

Method:

Step 1- Squeeze two lime wedges into a balloon glass then add St-Germain, Martini Bianco and Bombay Sapphire.

Step 2 - Swirl the glass to mix ingredients then fill with good quality cubed ice.

Step 3 - Carefully stir to chill the glass, then add the Ginger Ale and fold/stir to combine.

Step 4 - Garnish with Ginger Root slice and freshly awoken Mint Sprig.
