Ingredients:

• 60ml Bombay Sapphire
• 10ml Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth
• Garnish with a Lemon Peel Twist

Method:

Step 1 - Add the Bombay Sapphire and Noilly Prat to a mixing glass

Step 2 – Add good quality ice and stir until cold

Step 3 – Strain into a frozen martini glass

Step 4 – Express the oils of the lemon peel twist over the drink then add to the glass
