Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon
  • 60ml Brut Champagne
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Homemade Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Lemon Peel Twist

Method:

Step 1 – Pour Fresh Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru into a shaker tin, then fill with ice

Step 2 – Shake for around 10 seconds before straining the mixture into a chilled, straight-sided wine glass

Step 3 – Top with Brut Champagne and garnish with a Lemon Peel Twist

Fantastic Christmas gift for my parents... They hosted a NYE party for the 1st time in 3 years!

Delicious flavoured gin, true to the original Bombay Sapphire .
Beautiful presentation box, fun extras (table name cards, Menu cards etc). Great cocktail & serving suggestions included. Would buy this as a gift again. Thank you for the delivery, please note Royal Mail were a little slower to deliver compared to other courier services in the build up to Christmas. Happy with condition of parcel and regular updates.
