Bombay Sapphire x Bonzer Jigger and Jewelled Bar Spoon Set

We bought three different bottles of Bombay Sapphire, the Bonzer Jigger and Jewelled Bar Spoon Set and the Gift Hamper. We also received two complimentary acrylic balloon glasses which was a nice touch. It looked great all put together but I wish we had bought the real glass balloons as that would have been nicer.

I am very pleased with the products as ordered.
However a do have comments on the ordering process. I fully understand that you cannot ship alcoholic products outside the UK. But I am surprised that it aslo applies to bar accessories. So I questioned this - see contact request 414373 of 16 October. Having recieved no response a week later I emailed a reminder. After another week, still no response so I ordered, sent to friend's address in the UK. Then surprised to find that "proof of age" is required for such accessories !
Since you're asking for areas where you might improve i would like to say how much we enjoyed our visit to the distillery on the 11th October. Well organised, very interesting, and with an excellent guide.
Unfortunately we cannot say the same about the cafe. The service was terrible despite being almost empty. Half an hour to serve 4 (cold) sausage rolls and cups of tea, and then only after 2 reminders.
