Ingredients: 

• 50ml Bombay Sapphire Citron Pressé
• 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 10ml Sugar Syrup
• 75ml Free Tree Soda Water
• Garnish Lemon Wedge

Method: 

Step 1 - Fill a Balloon or Highball glass with cubed ice and pour in Bombay Sapphire Citron Pressé

Step 2 - Add the sugar syrup and soda water. Fold/stir to combine

Step 3 - Squeeze a lemon wedge over the cocktail and place it into the glass to garnish
