• 50ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset
• 100ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water
• Garnish Orange Wedge & Star Anise

Method:

Step 1 – Fill a Balloon or Highball glass with good-quality cubed ice

Step 2 – Measure and pour in the Bombay Sapphire Sunset
